Our Story…

What started as a curiosity quickly became an obsession. The sport of competition BBQ overtook me in 2014 when I started competing in KCBS comps around the area. Within a few years I was traveling throughout the southeast and midwest cooking at any comp I could get in to. Fast forward to today and not much has changed. Still love competing, but more importantly just love good food. With that in mind I want to help you out in how to create good food. Whether it be through our seasonings or recipes you can decide.
